1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (about 4-5 bananas)
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups cake flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup of mixed sultanas (optional)
